What if my order is incomplete or incorrect?

Every order is packed with care at PlantsAndBeautifulThings.com. In the rare occasion that your order is incomplete or incorrect, simply complete the Return Form within 5 days upon receiving your order. We will process your request within 2 business days and get in touch with you for the next steps. We ask you to please keep the original packaging until we complete your replacement.

 

What if the content(s) of my package is damaged?

We are sorry to hear that your item is damaged on its way to you! Rest assured that we will replace your order right away at no charge. Just complete the Return Form within 5 days upon receiving your order and we will send you a free replacement. We ask you to please keep the damaged item in its original packaging until we complete your replacement. 

 

What if I change my mind about the order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Any unopened item (except plants) in its original packaging may be returned within 5 days upon receiving your order. All plant sales are final. Just complete the Return Form within 5 days of receiving your order and we will process your return. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method so you will be notified when your package has safely arrived at our location.

 

How long does it take to process my return/exchange?

We process all return/exchange within 2 business days upon receiving your return form or package. Please note that shipping can take 5-8 business days for replacement orders.
